Kit's Red Chutney Parsnip Gratin

Par-boil the parsnips, strain and place in a baking dish lightly coated with a drizzle of olive oil. Cover with some of Kit's Red Chutneygrate some Parmigiano-Reggiano and sprinkle some natural breadcrumbs, chopped parsley and roast in the oven for about 30 minutes.
